The Rossini
is the banquet hall of "Culinaria", the restaurant of the Historische Stadthalle Wuppertal. Our buffet is served fresh from the kitchen.

Our chef is also prepared for vegan and vegetarian dishes. Personal requests due to food intolerances can be discussed with the chef in advance.

Breast and leg of free-range chicken in tomato and olive sauce
Braised leg of lamb with rosemary jus and sun-dried tomatoes. Carved at the buffet
Tyrolean spinach dumplings au gratin with mountain cheese and mushroom cream sauce (vegetarian)

Caramelized fennel with red onions and chervil
Rosemary potatoes with sea salt
Risoni, rice noodles with vegetable tomato sauce

Apple crumble with vanilla sauce
