Tickets
No claim for return of purchased tickets. No claim to replacement in case of loss. In the case of services in the field of leisure activities with a fixed date of performance, in particular the sale of tickets for events, there is no distance selling transaction according to § 312 b para. 3 line 6 BGB (German Civil Code), so that there is no right of withdrawal or return. Each order is binding with the conclusion of the contract and obligates to payment. In principle, there is no right to return tickets or gift vouchers.
A withdrawal of the guest from the contract as well as a resulting return of tickets are only possible in the case of rescheduling to another date or cancellation of the event on the part of the organizer. In case of loss of tickets, no refund can be made. If the event has to be cancelled by official order, this is a case of force majeure. Ticket prices can be refunded in this case.
Ball night
All table places at the ball are at covered tables. Each reserved table place will receive a place card with your name on it, if possible. Tickets will be sent in advance by mail or will be waiting at the box office. All prices are inclusive. There are no additional fees. Workshop conditions
Registrations are only possible in pairs. Individuals can be referred. The confirmed registration is binding. In case of non-participation, payments are refundable if the registration is withdrawn in writing by 16.Sep or a replacement pair is provided by the participant. Of course you can come to any workshop without registration, provided it is not fully booked (drop in). Fully booked workshops always up to date in the "workshop table". Private lessons on request. The limit of minimum 5 couples and maximum 14 couples per workshop will not be exceeded. All workshops start on time!In order to guarantee the best possible atmosphere in which to work in a concentrated and undisturbed manner, spectating is not possible for non-participants. Photos and video recordings are only allowed after consultation with the instructors or workshop supervisors. Absolute smoking ban in all course rooms. The organizers and promoters assume no liability for wardrobe, property damage or personal injury. Subject to change without notice. |
